It’s King Slime from the popular game, Dragon Quest (Dragon Warrior) by Square Enix. This toy is 4″ (10cm) tall.

I like him because he makes me laugh. Don’t ask me why, but he just does. Just stare at him for a few hours. You will see what I mean. I think I’ve discovered a cure for depression here.
